Who Is Amelia?

I grew up in Washington state, in a loving Christian family.  Ever since I was seven years old, I dreamt of flying.  As I grew older, I learned of the vast number of people who have yet to hear the saving gospel of Jesus Christ, and began to pray that God might open the door for my passion of flying to be used in His mission of redeeming the lost.  By His grace, I was able to attend Moody Bible Institute to be trained as a mission aviation mechanic.  It was there that I met Jonathan, and God joined both our lives and passions in serving cross-cultural disciple making through aviation.   

Who Is Jonathan?

While growing up as a believer in South America, my home church started developing a plan to reach the unreached people groups in isolated locations in our country.  After hearing this sobering news of the spiritual condition of many of those ethnic groups, and considering the work that God had done in my life,  I believed that God was calling me to be a part of His mission for the lost as a missionary pilot and mechanic.

Who Is Sending Us? 

Two Churches | One Mission

 We are privileged to embark on this mission as sent ones of two local churches,  one in South America and one in the United States, who have partnered together to embrace God's global mission of making disciples of all people groups.  Not only are we being "sent" by them, but they also form the the mission banner/sending agency under which we serve.   This is a unique circumstance that is due to the sensitive nature of the country in which we will likely be serving overseas.  To learn more details about our future ministry context and the history of the partnership between our two sending churches, please click the link below to begin a discussion with our leadership.
