Leading Into Discipleship Realignment

The focus of this episode is how to consider your own personal life as a leader and what you are modeling in the area of discipleship. We must first realign ourselves before we consider helping others to realign their lives to God's mission of multiplying discipleship. We address personal study, pursuing the "lost" and the "found", and the priority of embracing the responsibility of those whom we have been entrusted with in our MC's.
